De la production scientifique aux thématiques émergentes: Une Analyse Bibliométrique Croisée de la Transformation Digitale et du Capital Humain

Abstract

Résumé :
Cet article propose une analyse bibliométrique approfondie de la littérature portant sur la
co-thématique transformation digitale et capital humain, afin d’examiner l’évolution
temporelle de la production scientifique, d’identifier les acteurs les plus influents et de cartographier la structure intellectuelle du champ. L’étude repose sur un corpus de 455 articles scientifiques indexés dans la base de données Scopus et adopte une approche bibliométrique combinant des analyses de performance et de science mapping, réalisées à l’aide des logiciels spécialisés VOSviewer et Bibliometrix. Les résultats de cette étude sont importants et tirent plusieurs conclusions importantes : la croissance significative et soutenue des publications au cours de la dernière décennie, confirmant l’intérêt croissant et le caractère toujours actuel de cette thématique dans les débats académiques et managériaux, la concentration de la recherche dans des revues spécifiques indexées spécialisées en économie et management, l’analyse révèle également les auteurs, revues et pays les plus influents, avec une dominance marquée de la Chine, qui se positionne comme le pays le plus productif et disposant d’un vaste réseau de collaborations internationales. Ainsi que les tendances récentes montrent une réelle progression des thématiques passant des thèmes conjoncturels vers des thèmes structurels et stratégiques.

Abstract :

This article offers an in-depth bibliometric analysis of the literature on the co-theme of digital transformation and human capital, examining the temporal evolution of scientific production, identifying the most influential actors, and mapping the intellectual structure of the field. The study is based on a corpus of 455 scientific articles indexed in the Scopus database and adopts a bibliometric approach combining performance analysis and science mapping, performed using the specialized software VOSviewer and Bibliometrix. The results of this study are significant and draw several important conclusions: the substantial and sustained growth of publications over the last decade, confirming the increasing interest in and continued relevance of this topic in academic and managerial debates; the concentration of research in specific indexed journals specializing in economics and management; and the analysis also reveals the most influential authors, journals, and countries, with a marked dominance of China, which stands out as the most productive country and possesses a vast network of international collaborations. Recent trends also show a real progression of themes moving from cyclical themes to structural and strategic themes.
