Abstract

Résumé :

L'irruption de l'intelligence artificielle dans le monde des affaires bouleverse les pratiques managériales traditionnelles. Si les algorithmes sophistiqués de cette technique révolutionnaire promettent une gestion optimisée et transparente des organisations, ils soulèvent également de nombreuses préoccupations. Certes, l’intelligence artificielle promet une optimisation des processus, une prise de décision plus éclairée et une meilleure connaissance des paramètres des marchés. Toutefois, derrière ces promesses de transparence et d'efficacité, se cachent des risques insoupçonnés. Alors, l'intelligence artificielle est-elle l'avenir de la gestion d'entreprise ou une menace pour celle-ci ? Cet article se fixe pour objectif d'analyser les interactions complexes entre l'intelligence artificielle et la gestion d’entreprises. En examinant les atouts et les limites de cette technologie, nous chercherons en effet à comprendre si elle peut véritablement garantir une gestion sans faille, ou si elle engendre au contraire de nouveaux défis, notamment sur les plans juridique et éthique. Notre étude vise ainsi à contribuer au développement d'une approche responsable de l'intelligence artificielle, permettant de concilier efficacité économique et respect des valeurs humaines pour une adoption éclairée de cette technologie au sein des organisations.

The advent of artificial intelligence in the business world is disrupting traditional management practices. While the sophisticated algorithms of this revolutionary technology promise optimized and transparent organizational management, they also raise numerous concerns. Certainly, artificial intelligence promises process optimization, more informed decision-making, and a better understanding of market parameters. However, behind these promises of transparency and efficiency lie unsuspected risks. So, is artificial intelligence the future of business management or a threat to it? This article aims to analyze the complex interactions between artificial intelligence and business management. By examining the strengths and limitations of this technology, we seek to understand whether it can truly guarantee flawless management, or whether it instead generates new challenges, particularly in legal and ethical terms. Our study aims to contribute to the development of a responsible approach to artificial intelligence, enabling the reconciliation of economic efficiency and respect for human values for an informed adoption of this technology within organizations
